fixes:
+ Fixed issue with pitch bend not returning to centre
IMPORTANT NOTES: The pitch and mod stick will need to be re-calibrate after installing the OS.
1. Centre the pitch & zero the mod
2. Go into Global, ensure that 'Mem Protect' is set to Off
3. Scroll up to the 'Cal Pitch/Mod' page. Re-calibrate the pitch and mod wheels by moving it up down left right.
4. For Mod, the max value is 127 and min value is 0.
5. For Pitch, the value to the left is 0, centre is 128 and to the right is 255.
6. Press 'write' to save this settings.
Use the Xio Template Editor to upload the OS.

Changes since OS 1.0.07:
- Display now reads 'New Template, Received in RAM' when a single template is dumped to the xio and written to RAM.
- Octave buttons can now be held down to autoscroll in XGATOR display (autoscroll wraps around).
- Touchpad spring setting for a hybrid template now only follows spring settings stored with synth patch if pad is selected in the 'Synth By Control' option, otherwise it follows settings stored with template.
- Pot pickup now works correctly for synth effect level parameter after changing effect type, editing the audio interface parameters or switching to synth mode from controller mode.
- Fixed prog/data encoder continuing to send MIDI messages at end of range when altering a synth menu parameter.
- Fixed Y axis of touchpad sending message for every change in X value where Y value stays constant in synth mode.
- Fixed touchpad springing to random values when Xio starts up in synth or hybrid mode.
- Override MIDI channel now no longer affects controls selected for hybrid mode in 'Synth by Control' menu.
- Fixed synth parameters not being editable whilst sustain pedal message was shown on Xio display.
- Fixed octave info interfereing with display when the octave buttons are pressed whilst rotating a pot.
- Fixed values jumping when altering two synth parameters at the same time.
- New 'Synth Pot Mode' setting added to global menu to set pot response to pickup or jump for synth mode and audio interface settings.
- Last edited synth parameter no longer flashes when switching from controller mode back to synth mode.
-'Global Hybrid' option added to template edit menu to allow hybrid templates to use the currently selected synth patch in synth mode rather than load the patch number stored with the template.
- Xio display now correctly updates when controlling synth parameters via NRPN messages.
- Minimum display timeout value changed from 0 to 50ms to prevent display flickering.
- Fixed arpeggio on/off switching causing MIDI output to cease when arp notes set to transmit externally.
- 'Synth Tune Cents' parameter now displayed with range +/-50 instead of -64/+63.
